Users can mouse click on a phone number on their PC to outbound

Audio Conferencing
Encompass offers two user-intiated conference calling options.
On Demand Conference Calling
Users can initiate On Demand Conference Calls (also known as ad hoc conference calls) directly from their Encompass IP phones while connected on a call. On Demand Conference Calls are limited to eight parties total, including the conference initiator.
Meet Me Conferencing Calling
Meet Me Conference Calls are scheduled in advance by users on their Encompass IP phone. The user provides a phone number to participants to call into the conference. All participants are able to both hear and speak. Meet Me Conference Calls are limited to eight parties total, including the conference initiator.
Dynamic T1
Encompass
includes a Dynamic T1 connection to the customer location
that integrates voice (local and long distance), data and
high-speed Internet access over a single connection.
Existing PBX Investment Protection
Existing PBX and phones can be maintained.
Cisco LAN Solution
Encompass'
voice-over-IP (VoIP) and IP telephony system uses Cisco LAN
switches at the customer site to ensure performance. For
most customers this can be a significant upgrade from their
current LAN (local area network) devices and provides an
overall network performance upgrade. Encompass provides Quality
of Service (QoS) and application level priority routing throughout
the network, combined with the most advanced routing capabilities.
