The
Encompass Solution
The Encompass Solution includes installation,
training and support.
Installation Services
Encompass project managers and engineers
will work with the customer to perform the following installation
services:
- Complete a comprehensive project design and implementation schedule
with customer
- Order and provisioning all customer equipment and
services
- Install a router and Dynamic T1 at each customer location.
- Discover existing systems and devices; design how
to integrate the necessary managed router and Encompass hardware
into the existing environment.
- Install and configure equipment (router, phones, &,
switches), circuits and services as purchased by the customer.
- Test installed components and turn-up service to
customer’s satisfaction and acceptance.
Training
Encompass project managers and engineers with work with the customer to perform the following training:
- Train the customer's assigned administrator on how the system works
and how to access Enventis support.
- Schedule and conduct end-user training sessions. After install and
initial training, follow up with additional end user training
needs.

Supported 24x7
Encompass Unified Communications
is a managed, hosted and fully supported solution 24x7x365.
Experienced Encompass engineers implement the system and
provide support. All
moves, adds and changes are included.
The Encompass Connection
The Connection will
be an online tool which will support many dimensions of the
Encompass experience. The Connection will provide access
to valuable information for our clients by providing everything
from order status to network performance reporting.
The Connection
will provide our customers real-time access on the following
components:
Order Submission & Status: This will allow customers
to enter/track all the pertinent information and dates for
each network site.
Trouble Ticketing: This will provide
a detail set of reports that will help our customer view
their active trouble tickets in real time.
Bandwidth Utilization:
These reports will provide valuable information regarding
the network traffic at different intervals during the day.
Network Management: This will provide
circuit, hardware and maintenance agreement inventory information.
Billing: This will provide access to
a customer invoice in real time.
Encompass Monitoring: Advanced Enterprise wide network and
system monitoring system give IT managers and staff the complete
status and condition of the Encompass service. Also available,
real-time, around the clock, advanced monitoring for other
servers and applications on the network.
